Services: The services consisting of (i) offering and maintaining an online job search platform via the Yseasonal Website, and (ii) providing you access to the database with vacancies from Employers for seeking employment.
User content: All information you provide via the Yseasonal Website, including but not limited to education, job experience, and other relevant information for seeking employment.
Contributions: Any content you create, submit, post, display, transmit, or publish to us or through the Services.
Yseasonal provides an online platform connecting job seekers with potential employers. The information provided when using our Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation. If you choose to access our Services from locations outside the Netherlands, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if applicable.
We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to access and use our Website and Services. You may use our Website and Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only and within the intended purpose of the Yseasonal Website.
To use our Services, you must create an Account as described on our Website. You guarantee that the User Content you provide is at all times personal, complete, up-to-date, and correct. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your User Content, as well as for updating it when necessary.
