Job description

Your role is all about personality and guest relations. From greeting guests at the airport to overseeing resort entertainment, you’ll be the driving force behind incredible holiday memories. Whether chatting with guests by the pool, dining with them at the social table, or leading entertainment activities, you’ll keep the energy high and the smiles even higher.

Airport transfers are a vital part of the guest experience. You’ll deliver warm welcomes, smooth departures, and expert handling of any hiccups, such as flight delays or lost luggage. First impressions matter, and you’ll set the tone for every guest’s holiday from the moment they arrive.

With a microphone in hand and charisma to spare, you’ll be at the heart of our resort’s entertainment. From hosting activities to coordinating evening events, you’ll keep the atmosphere lively and engaging. Any talents like singing, playing music, or performing will be a bonus, but what really matters is your infectious personality and ability to captivate an audience.

This is a hands-on role that keeps you on your feet and in the thick of the action. You’ll collaborate with department heads to promote activities, stay attuned to guest feedback, and ensure any issues are quickly resolved. Building rapport is second nature to you, and your visible presence will make every guest feel valued and cared for.

As a Resort Host, you’ll be part of a team that works hard and plays harder. Based in one of our stunning beach resorts, you’ll have the chance to balance your responsibilities with plenty of opportunities to enjoy everything the location has to offer, from watersports to socializing with guests and colleagues.

We’re seeking vibrant, friendly, and enthusiastic individuals who can light up a room and make every guest feel special. If you’ve got the energy, charm, and passion to keep the holiday magic alive, we can’t wait to meet you.

All Neilson Active staff undergo DBS checks to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
