Dive In and Make a Splash!
If you’re confident in the water, love to get creative, and can handle a whirlwind of glitter, paint, chocolate (or all three!), then you’re exactly who we’re looking for. From pool games to seaside adventures, every day is filled with laughter and excitement.

Organised & Unstoppable!
Our children’s clubs are the secret ingredient to making holidays extraordinary. You’ll keep the fun flowing while ensuring everything runs like clockwork, so the kids – and their parents – can enjoy their dream vacation.

Early Years Heroes
For our littlest guests, you’ll be a superhero, providing activities and care that let parents unwind and relax. Whether it’s baby playtime or energetic games with older kids, you’ll bring enthusiasm, patience, and creativity to every moment.

Why Join Us?
  • Incredible Locations: Spend your summer in one of our stunning beach resorts.
  • A Lifestyle, Not Just a Job: Work hard, play hard, and soak up the sun with a passionate team of like-minded people.
  • Be a Superhero: Make a real difference in the lives of our young guests and their families.

We’re looking for friendly, approachable, and energetic individuals who love working with kids and thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you can build rapport, exude confidence, and deliver exceptional service, you’ll fit right in!

The Perks:
  • A rewarding experience in a vibrant, team-oriented atmosphere.
  • Plenty of time to enjoy the activities you love in a beautiful beach setting.

All Neilson Active staff undergo DBS checks, ensuring a safe and secure environment for everyone. Ready to make this summer unforgettable? Join us and create memories that will last a lifetime – for you and our guests!
