As a qualified Massage Therapist, your expertise will bring an extra touch of luxury to our stunning beach club resorts, giving guests the chance to relax, recharge, and truly indulge in some well-deserved ‘me time.’
Your skills in soothing muscles, relieving tension, and treating sports injuries will help our guests feel their best, whether they’re recovering after an active day or simply looking to unwind. With your passion for delivering exceptional treatments, you’ll leave every client feeling refreshed, revitalised, and ready to enjoy their holiday to the fullest.
You’ll work with Temple Spa, a leading luxury brand, and receive world-class product training to ensure every treatment you deliver is of the highest standard. Alongside your team, you’ll help keep our spa running smoothly, drive retail and treatment sales, exceed targets, and create an atmosphere of complete relaxation and care.

Your new workplace
What you have
- Sports Massage Qualification or equivalent (Essential).
- Anatomy and Physiology Qualification or equivalent.
- BETEC is in massage therapy, sports therapy, and hot stone therapy or equivalent.
- Experience with Reflexology, HOPI ear candles and Reiki would be desirable.
- Beauty Therapy NVQ Level 3 or equivalent would be desirable.
- Beauty Therapy NVQ Level 3 Hot Stone and Gel manicure/pedicure or equivalent would be desirable.
- The ability to confidently hold a conversation in English.
- Computer literate with a basic understanding of Word, Excel, Email
- Sales experience is desirable but not essential.
- Previous overseas work experience is desirable but not essential
What you do
- To maximise spa sales by upselling treatments and Temple Spa retail products.
- To maintain an efficient and customer-friendly spa booking process.
- Deliver and perform all spa treatments to the highest standards.
- To maintain a good level of industry knowledge covering spa services and products.
- Aim to achieve all agreed targets regarding key performance indicators.
- To ensure that the spa is always clean, presentable, and welcoming.
- Follow all standard operating procedures.
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures and instructions.
- To identify and report any issues that will negatively affect the spa operation.
- Share and implement any new ideas for improvements.
- Seek direct feedback from our guests and report this to your line manager.
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge.
- Manage stock levels and follow the usage guidelines.
- Ensure that all retail and professional stock is secure and handled correctly.
- Use spa POS systems correctly.
- Build rapport, develop, and maintain positive working relationships with the spa team, management, and all other team members.
- Willing to help out and cover in other departments as required but the business.
